Subway

I asked the subway worker to make me her favorite sandwich. It was amazing. Hands down one of the best subs I've ever had. They had great customer service and it was good to see them having fun behind the counter as they did their job. Thanks for the great sandwich guys!

No hay higiene, los empleados no se cambian los guantes una vez terminan con la caja registradora. / There is no hygiene, employees do not change their gloves once they finish with the cash register.

I wanted a meatball sub with provolone. They were on the lunch rush. The employee working behind the counter didn't ask me if I wanted it toasted. Of course I don't want a meatball sub toasted, that's an insult to a good meatball sub. He just toasted it. I notice, I say something, they offer a new one, but there's a massive line so I say "no, it's fine". Can you just do your job better? I get it, lunch rush, whatever. Just do your job, pay attention, ask before you do something.

Lesson learned: don't go anywhere on or near a military base between 11:30 and 13:00 unless you wish to subject yourself to purgatory.

I know it’s not your fault necessarily but like why are the prices so high? Subway is supposed to be for the homeless people that gathered some change from a hard days of work sitting at a corner… (AKA soldiers) There’s no reason a footlong should be $15. Once I seen that price I was astounded and was about to tell the workers to put it back the way it was. The quality of the food is not $15. The service is not $15. There wasn’t even bread ready when I got there. I ended up spending about $18 for a single item with 2 add ons but still $18 for 1 thing? Crazy… I literally contemplated my whole dinner because I really could have gone to any other restaurant and spent the same at Charleys which is wayyy better quality of ingredients and I would have got a drink with it as well. (If I got the bacon 3 cheese✨) Or I could have went to any of the other 3 fast food places at the px and spent no more than like $12 for a decent dinner and a drink. But nooo I went to subway and got the equivalent to MRE quality ingredients and no drink. My food was also cold after it went through the toaster. Honestly I’m just disappointed. Have a good day 🤦🏽‍♂️
