Bun-d (Ramstein BX)

Unfortunate portion sizes for the price. I got the more expensive Super Veggie bowl and was given mostly spinach and half scoops of the toppings, which is the main point of the veggie bowl. I wouldn’t order it again based on value.

Chicken Salad small Portion , kleine Salat

Went there this past weekend and the guy working there had the worst service. No greeting, no eye contact, didnt ask if we were ready to order. I ordered the classic Acai bowl and he barely knew how to make it. He put the granola on top of all the fruit so everything fell off, and I was left with maybe a spoonful of granola. The Acai was good but the lack of communication and the service was terrible and they need to be trained better to make their food.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I also wouldn’t want anyone wasting their money here. It’s overpriced, bland, and has less atmosphere than a hospital waiting room. The falafel was dry and the staff didn’t have any social or customer service skills. There are much better places to eat in the mall so avoid coming here

Horrible customer service! The man who took my order was very rude! From the first encounter.. I had a few questions which were NOT answered. I was treated so poorly as if I was a second rate citizen! The man clearly talked about me to his co worker right in front of me..in their own language! I work in a restaurant right on the same base in management. I have never been treated like this! This honestly felt even sexist! Against woman! I ask for management to correct this behavior immediately! We are working on a military base serving the active duty soldiers and their family, alongside our community! No appropriate customer service interaction was shown here!
