Bun-D (Wrap|Salad|Rice Bowl|Smoothie|Juice

I just found this place and love it. No more or less expensive than all the other food in the food court. For $11 ($12.50 total) I get the California chicken, a bunch of different veggies, the rice is fantastic and well cooked, and I got avocado. It's always two servings of food, I have it for lunch and dinner. I grab a drink from somewhere else, not much of a smoothie person, so I can't speak on those. Their take away containers, straws, and silverware are earth conscious which is cool too.

Just okay. Semi-healthy alternative but pushy staff (polite--but aggressive on the upsell...no I don't want "double meat" (or quinoa or avocado)..I ain't tryin' to have a $20+ essentially rice bowl!), overpriced with mediocre (in freshness) ingredients, and a somewhat dingy food prep station smack dab in plain view. I do like their smoothies, but hafta' go get a straw from Charley's next door--don't want no mushy soggy paper straw half-way through my drink. This place hustles and does solid business, but they also have room for improvement, too.

Undercooked rice twice! Overall the food isn’t bad. The quality of the veggies aren’t A1, just ok. The prep area for food and rear counters never appear to be clean, couldn’t find a health rating posted. I ordered a rice bowl twice and each time my rice was undercooked to where it was thin in appearance and crunchy when I bit into it. I won’t be returning. The cashier upsells double meat to me every time, no I don’t want extra meat. Employees aren’t friendly and have terrible customer service. Seems as if they are there just to collect a paycheck. Do yourself a favor and go to commissary or somewhere else to eat.

Went to the BUN-D truck in Grafenwöhr and this was my €8.50 salad. I miss the store in Graf, but this will be my last visit to the truck.

'Elvis' employee is terribly rude and unhelpful for no reason. He absolutely needs training in customer service. Food is good, but ordering from someone who clearly hates that you are there isn't ideal. I wouldn't eat there again.
