Indochine Gastronomie GmbH

Possibly the only one there, but a decent restaurant in the Ingolstadt Village. A decent menu, good food, and also reasonably priced.
Was having a nice time when we went there for some outlet shopping till the staff spoiled everything by their attitude. One of them dropped some cutlery behind us and spilled (sauce/oil) all over our clothes - shirts, jackets, and winter gear. Didn't even acknowledge it and went on with her business of cleaning the floor. When I mentioned it to her, it was a callous attitude telling us that they cannot do anything about it. Another staff mentioned that we can claim a drycleaning expenses on producing a bill.
Back home, sent the jackets for drycleaning. Emailed the bill to them, no acknowledgement or response. Worst of all, the drycleaner couldn't clean the stains - it's permanent.
